We have advised market participants in relation to disputes under the alternative dispute mechanism under the National Electricity Rules.

We have acted on disputes covering a range of issues, including the determination of loss factors, the allocation of participant fees and the determination and allocation of charges relating to ancillary services.

Gas Sale Agreements

We have drafted and negotiated gas sale agreements for some of the largest consumers of gas in Australia, including agreements with structured oil-linked pricing.

We have also drafted and negotiated master sale agreements for spot and forward transactions and location and time swaps.

Market Structures

We have advised governments, economic regulators and participants on issues relating to the structure of electricity markets and have assisted in the drafting of enabling legislation and vesting contracts.
