White Legal is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, disclosure and handling of personal information by White Legal. Our client confidentiality obligations are not set out in this Privacy Policy, but are included in our retainer agreements.

White Legal will comply with the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and will take reasonable steps to keep any of the personal information collected by White Legal secure. If you provide us with information about yourself (for example, when you seek legal advice or make an enquiry with us), this is deemed to be your consent to our collection, use, disclosure and transfer of that information. The information we collect may include your name, address, email and telephone number. If you do not provide information requested by us from time to time, we may not be able to provide services to you.

White Legal may use any of the information about you which we have collected for the purposes for which it was collected, to which you have consented, and otherwise where this use or disclosure is authorised or required by law.
